Argus is designed to support human judgment rather than bypass it.

Human review is still required when

• identity alignment is weak
• a registry route was found but not fully confirmed
• bank or payment instructions need institution-controlled confirmation
• location ownership remains contextual
• adverse or legal language would materially affect posture
• production output and preview experiments disagree
