Creating an Investigation
An Argus investigation starts with a case record and one or more submitted materials.
Typical inputs
- a CIS or KYC package
- a person or company name
- a website URL
- title + URL context
- an ID or passport image
- mixed documents plus website references
What to expect
After submission, Argus moves through:
- document processing
- extraction
- research planning
- screening and public-source collection
- deterministic report compilation
Good operator practice
- include the cleanest available subject name
- attach the primary website if one is actually part of the case
- avoid mixing unrelated counterparties in one case
- use notes for context, not for unsupported conclusions
